Welcome to Amez Club, a platform designed to foster collaboration, investment, and networking. By signing up, accessing, and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, payments, use of data, and all related activities within Amez Club. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Amez Cloud reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of such changes.

2. Membership and Payments

Amez Club offers three distinct membership tiers, each catering to a specific type of user. Please review the following membership options:

2.1. Investor Membership: This membership type provides access to exclusive business investment opportunities. Investors can explore a curated selection of companies seeking financial backing and may engage in investment discussions.

2.2. Fundraiser Membership: Fundraisers can seek investment and financial support for their business ventures. This membership enables access to potential investors and an opportunity to pitch ideas, connect with interested parties, and receive guidance.

2.3. Change Maker Membership: A flexible membership that offers access to the benefits of either the Investor or Fundraiser categories or allows users to join solely as Change Makers. Change Makers are tasked with referring new members to the platform and will earn $6 for every successful referral which will be credited to your amez wallet.

2.4. Amezcare plus is upgradable according to membership levels

2.5. All memberships are non-refundable and are paid on an annual basis.

2.6. Membership cancellation will take effect in the following calendar year. Upon cancellation, members will retain access to the platform for the duration of their paid term. Refunds for partial memberships will not be issued.

2.7. Members are responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or third-party processing fees incurred during the payment process.

2.8. Amez Cloud may charge a commission for investments facilitated through the platform. The applicable commission rate will be communicated individually based on the nature of the transaction and specific agreements.

3. Use of Data

3.1. The protection and privacy of your personal data is crucial to us. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.4. Sending official communications, updates, newsletters, and promotional materials (unless opted out).

3.7. Members have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time; however, financial and transactional records will be retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Membership Obligations

4.1. Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date account information at all times. This is essential for facilitating seamless interactions, transactions, and ensuring a secure experience.

4.2. Users should use same credentials or atleast one matching credential (email or username) used in Amez Hub when registering to Amez Club for verification purposes and seamless interaction.

4.3. Change Makers are responsible for ensuring their referred members comply with Amez Club’s terms and conditions. They must engage in transparent and honest practices when referring new members.

4.4. Investors and Fundraisers are expected to engage in ethical business practices and comply with all applicable investment and fundraising regulations. Amez Cloud does not guarantee investment success, nor does it provide financial backing. It serves as a platform for networking, investment opportunities, and collaboration.

5. Compliance and Liability

5.1. All members must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws when using Amez Club services, including, but not limited to, financial, business, and data protection regulations.

5.2. Amez Cloud assumes no liability for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues resulting from transactions, investments, or engagements initiated through the platform. Users engage in business transactions at their own risk.

5.3. Amez Cloud reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership in cases of fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities. This may also include failure to adhere to membership responsibilities or misrepresentation of business intentions.

5.4. Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold Amez Cloud harmless from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from their use of the platform, including third-party disputes and issues related to investments or fundraisings.

6. Amendments and Updates

6.1. Amez Cloud reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the official platform.

6.2. The most current version of the terms and conditions will always be accessible through the platform. Continued use of Amez Cloud services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes that arise in connection with these terms or your membership will first be addressed through amicable negotiation.

7.2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes may be subject to arbitration or mediation based on the applicable legal jurisdiction.

7.3. Members agree to resolve any disputes according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amez Cloud operates.

8. Restrictions

8.1. Members are prohibited from using Amez Cloud for any illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or dissemination of harmful content.

8.2. Members may not misuse the platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any activities that interfere with the functioning of the platform.

9. Termination of Membership

9.1. Amez Cloud reserves the right to terminate membership at its sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of the terms and conditions or engagement in unethical practices.

9.2. Upon termination, all access to platform features and services will be revoked. The user will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of their membership.
