1. Introduction
At Amez Cloud, we strive to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for all our members. However, due to the nature of our digital services, memberships are non-refundable. 2. Membership Fees
2.1. All membership fees paid to Amez Cloud are non-refundable and are charged on an annual basis. Once the payment has been processed, it is considered final.
2.2. If a member cancels their membership, the cancellation will take effect in the following calendar year, and they will retain access for the remainder of the current paid term. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the term.
3. Refund Exceptions
3.1. Fraudulent Transactions: If a member's account is found to have been compromised or if fraudulent activity is detected on the payment method used, we may review the situation and issue a refund or take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
3.2. Technical Issues: In the rare case that the platform is inaccessible due to technical issues caused by Amez Cloud, we may consider prorated refunds or extend membership access for the impacted period. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage users to report any such issues promptly.
4. Membership Cancellation
4.1. Requesting Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must submit a written request to support@amezcloud.com. Upon receipt, we will confirm your request and inform you of the effective date of cancellation.
4.2. Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to the platform and its services for the remainder of your paid membership term, even after cancellation has been requested. No refund will be issued for any portion of the membership fee.

If there are any discrepancies with your membership payment or if you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please notify our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, adjust your account balance or resolve the payment issue accordingly.
